- Subscription and purchase status, such as whether your account has access to Glow. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by The Mirror.
- Device and usage information, such as app activity, diagnostics, log data, and information needed to maintain security and reliability.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve The Mirror.
- Create and manage your account and profile.
- Show outfit posts based on your selected visibility settings.
- Enable ratings, suggestions, friends, notifications, direct messages, and group chats.
- Process subscriptions and provide Glow features.
- Detect abuse, investigate reports, enforce our rules, and protect users.
- Respond to support requests and improve app performance.
3. Visibility and sharing
Your content may be visible to others depending on the choices you make in the app.
- Public posts may be visible to other Mirror users.
- Friends Only posts are intended for accepted friends.
- Group Chat posts are intended to stay within the selected group chat.
- Profile information such as display name, username, profile photo, bio, and links may be visible to other users.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, storage, analytics, payment, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or The Mirror.
4. Messages, ratings, and suggestions
The Mirror includes social features. Messages and group chats are visible to conversation participants. Ratings and suggestions may be shown to the owner of the rated outfit and used to calculate outfit scores. We do not sell private messages or suggestions.
5. Photos and user content
When you upload outfit photos or profile photos, we store and process those images so they can appear in the app according to your selected settings. You are responsible for content you upload and should only post content you have the right to share.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated account data from active use, and cancels any Mirror subscription tied to your account. Some information may be retained when necessary for security, legal, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and context.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and users should protect their account credentials.
9. Children's privacy
The Mirror is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

You can update profile information, choose post visibility, remove posts, manage friends, and delete your account in the app. You can also contact us for help with privacy requests.
